The hotel's location was convenient. It offered easy access to nearby public transport. Staff were helpful with directions. The room had necessary amenities, like a hairdryer.

The digital key was problematic. I had difficulty opening doors on several occasions. This was particularly frustrating in the stairwell. The room lacked proper cleaning .

The room had really good city views and it was easy to sleep at night. The day time reception lady was nice to serve me. Staff were amazing and helpful. The accommodation was fabulous.

The digital key was annoying. A code or regular key would be very helpful for easy access. This was a significant inconvenience to my stay.
