The hotel's location was convenient. It offered easy access to nearby public transport. Staff were helpful with directions. The room had necessary amenities, like a hairdryer.

The digital key was problematic. I had difficulty opening doors on several occasions. This was particularly frustrating in the stairwell. The room lacked proper cleaning .
